7 day free-return policy
All items must be returned with all packaging tags attached and must be in its original purchase condition (not used or worn). Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set. If it came with a cloth bag it must be returned with the bag.
Exchange policy
Exchanges can only be made within 2 weeks of receiving the item(s) and must be in their original packaging with all tags attached (same as return policy).
Sale items are final sale!!
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom embroidery. Please be sure to verify the spelling,font and color before submitting your order. If a spelling, font or color error was done on our part we will happily replace the item at our cost.
Gifts
All items (excluding embroidered ones) are exchange only. When doing a gift exchange, the item(s) must be returned within 1 month of purchase.
